Stretching Exercises

There are many techniques for stretching the body, but classical stretching is the most practical, and the patient can improve his elasticity, doing by himself making use of the levers of his body (it’s specially recommended for those muscles that are subjected themselves to a daily efforts and are overused).

You have to practice them regularly, as far as you feel the stretching but not painfully, keeping the stretching for a few seconds.
Remember: each person has his/her own elasticity level, and the body doesn’t feel in the same way everyday. Just practice them properly.
