Beause of damaging postures during long time in our journeys, not ergonomic at all and very repetitive during the day , we found the necessity of improving physical condition by exercise in order to prevent injuries, and in many cases palliate musculoesqueletical disorders.
As a result of the kind of lesions by ofimatic environment and repetitive physical work, we need to re-educate our bodies with exercises and muscular stretching managed by our physiotherapist. So, the worker or student is able to adquire the necessary knowledge for prevent and palliate those musculoesqueletical disorders and improve his/her life’s quality .
Preventive physiotherapy can be an effective tool in certain organizative measures, as:
- Improving corporal conciousness for to being able to understand movement on each precise moment, avoiding injurious postures and minimising the risk of body damage.
- To learn physiotherapic rehabilitation exercises in order to improve muscular tone (so on, posture as well) on particular muscles that are subjected to diary overstrain.
- Show the patient how to do several diary activities for prevent injuries.
